Function
You will manage the projects for our customers in Utilities, being electricity/gas suppliers, distribution grid companies or meter reading companies. You will manage projects in the context of CRM & Billing or Smart Meter Reading.
You will work closely with both business and IT, and all involved stakeholders to understand the needs of the business.
You will lead your project organization in order to deliver results within time, budget and quality requirements. You will manage the issues, risks and changes along the duration of the project. As a trusted main point of contact with the client, you will manage the expectations of the customer and will also identify & qualify opportunities for follow-up projects. You will report to the Steering Committee and senior management on the progress against plan.
Profile
You have experience with CRM & Billing or Smart Meter implementations. You have managed at least a complete project life cycle – covering analysis; design; implementation; testing; acceptance; going live; post-go live support. You are familiar with project management best practice and standards such as PMBOK or Prince2.
You are result driven. Next to your people management and organizational skills, you are stress resistant. As strong problem solver you are able to work with minimal supervision and you are able to communicate with both business and IT people.
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French and proficient in the other language. Having experience with the Telecommunications or Utility industry is a plus.

Function

Function
As Service Delivery Manager you are responsible towards the customer for the end-to-end service delivery, managing the incident, problem, request, and change management teams.
· You are responsible for set up, implementation and follow up of long term maintenance service agreements in application management, infrastructure, and (mobile) end-user computing.
· You head up a group of 20 to 50 service engineers, technicians, and service desk agents, and manage the team leads covering specific domains and/or processes.
· You implement a successful service delivery approach throughout your team, resulting in SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
· You build a personal relationship with key people within the client organization
· You report on service delivered against SLA’s (KPI based), and chair the service delivery meetings.
· You ensure that your operations teams are aware of changes within the clients organization, you assure forward planning of any significant changes or new projects, and follow through on implementation.
· You are in charge of 3rd party (contract) management with focus on quality and delivery standards
· You report to senior management on performance, financials, (actual & forecast), HR, and customer relationship.

Profile

· University level degree or equivalent through experience
· At least 3 years of proven service delivery management experience, managing Service Level Agreements
